My decade of experience centers on content development and relationship management. I’ve consistently created successful online campaigns for a range of arts and cultural institutions in North America and Middle East. My previous professional experience includes positions at Race Forward, Fractured Atlas, Americans for the Arts, and Heart of Brooklyn. Much of my consulting work has focused on communications for small businesses working in the Middle East.

My career includes a strong history of narrative building and project management. As Online Marketing Associate at Applied Research Center, I’ve been responsible for creating conversations about sensitive subjects such as race and politics. At Americans for the Arts, I managed relationships and regranting with private and government funders. My responsibilities included curriculum development and promotion of multi-week trainings as well as implementing logistics, travel, contracts, and budgets. At Fractured Atlas, I cultivated membership though blogging, social media, direct mail, and email campaigns.

In addition, I bring experience gained from extensive research in the Middle East/North Africa region. As a Fulbright scholar, I explored the Palestinian arts sector, focusing on institutions in Jerusalem, Ramallah, and Amman. Through my research, I worked with a variety of nonprofits in Israel and Palestine. An Arabic speaker, I’ve studied at the American University in Cairo, Qasid Institute, the University of Haifa, and Al Quds University.
